This is an important annoucemnt from the KDOJ management to all students.
1. SENIOR STUDENTS WHO ARE CURRENTLY RENT AT K9/K10 OR KDSE AND WHO HAVE A CONFIRMED ROOM RESERVATION AT KDOJ FOR SEMESTER 1, 2023/2024.
- You can transfer to KDOJ beginning on the 2nd of October 2023, Monday.
- Bring your K9/K10 or KDSE room rental slip as a proof of residence during the semester break prior to obtaining the KDOJ room key.
- If you are not confirmed a room i.e. your previous hostel application was unsuccessful, please refer to point 4.
- Please refer to the other announcement regarding room furnishings.
2. SENIOR STUDENTS WHO ARE CURRENTLY STAYING OUTSIDE THE UTM CAMPUS AND WHO HAVE A CONFIRMED ROOM RESERVATION AT KDOJ FOR SEMESTER 1, 2023/2024.
- You can transfer to KDOJ starting on the 6th of October 2023, Friday.
- Please refer to the other announcement regarding room furnishings.
3. NEW INTERNATIONAL UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS FOR SEMESTER 1, 2023/2024.
- Report yourself to the UTM International (UTMi) office.
- UTMi will direct you to the available colleges in UTM.
- Due to the delay in replacing room furnishings, the KDOJ is unable to accept new international undergraduates for the first semester of 2023/2024.
4. WALK IN APPLICATION FOR KDOJ ADMISSION FOR SEMESTER 1, 2023/2024.
- You may visit the KDOJ office beginning on Tuesday, 10 October 2023. Room availability is limited, and we serve on a first-come, first-served basis.
