The prime UTM 2022 communal work was carried out on the 26 September 2022. KDOJ had been selected as an adopted college of UTM Registrar office and UTM Library. The principal, college staffs, fellows, assistant fellow, residential college council members took part in the events, and also more than 50 UTM staffs from the UTM Registrar office and UTM Library.
The activities started at 8.00 am with a short briefing by the program director and followed with a brief speech by the principal: Dr. Mohd Amri, UTM’s registrar: Madam Nur Azizah binti Ismail, and KDOJ’s assistant administrator officer: Madam Nor Aishah binti Abdullah. Among others activities were clearing the blocks surroundings including the green areas, cleaning the block areas, and main office areas. The participants were briefed and grouped into three, each for XC1, XC1, and XB2. May the new coming students at the middle of October 2022, will feel pleasant when they arrived at KDOJ. The KDOJ team is overwhelmed with the supports given by UTM Registrar office and UTM Library. May this activity be a marked for future collaborations and activities. The communal work finished at 12:00 pm.
