The academic session for Semester 1 Session 2022/2023 will begin on 16 October 2022.
Accordingly, the guidelines for student residential college applications are as follows.
1.0 Moving from Temporary Residential College/Room to Permanent
College/Room for Session 2022/2023
1.1 Students staying temporarily at the residential college/room during semester
break need to move to permanent accommodation as applied through the
hostel.utm.my system starts on 25 September 2022, except for colleges still
in the preparation process and can’t accept early check-in registration (need
to refer to the college management office).- 1.2 For those who apply via hostel.utm.my, the accommodation location offered can be referred to the system. In contrast, those who use it via email can be directed to the approval email.
- 1.3 All students must stay in the room/college specified in the hostel system or
email until the room/college exchange application date is open. - 1.4 The permitted room or college change dates are as follows:-
