In conjunction with sustainability month, RCC KDOJ would like to invite all of you to participate in :
LET’s Recycle Cooking Oil
Do you know? Reycling oil and grease properly ensures these waste products stay out of the environment, reduce the risk of harming the natural resources such as soil and water systems.
RCC KDOJ has turned this goal into action by offering storage containers for cooking oil recycling purposes.
May this endeavor inspire us to keep our college and university sustainable
Area provided :
• XB1 LEVEL 5 PANTRY AREA
• XC1 LEVEL 5 PANTRY AREA
It is available for usage for all KDOJ Residents.
When recycling used/waste cooking oil, follow these steps;
1. COOLING- Make sure the used oil is cool enough to pour into the container
2. POUR- Open the lid of the container and pour the oil carefully
3. SEAL- Then, seal the containers properly and tightly.
4. DISPOSE- Once tightly sealed, you can now send it to waste bin area for disposal.
