Assalamualaikum and Greetings to everyone,
Event Overview:
Dato’ Onn Jaafar College, in collaboration with the Security Division, successfully organized a Vehicle Sticker Registration Road Show on the evening of January 22, 2024. The primary objective of the event was to facilitate the vehicle registration and sticker issuance process for college residents, as well as encourage participation from UTM residents with vehicles. The success of the Vehicle Sticker Registration Road Show would not have been possible without the dedicated efforts from the KDOJ assistant fellows, KDOJ fellows, KDOJ students committee, and KDOJ office staffs.
Program Highlights:
The event commenced at 8:00 PM, attracting a total of 45 students from the college. The turnout demonstrated a commendable interest among the student community, reflecting the significance of the initiative.
Activities:
- Vehicle Sticker Registration: The main focus of the road show was to assist residents in renewing or registering their vehicles and obtaining the necessary stickers. The Security Division played a crucial role in guiding participants through the registration process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Information Session: An information session was conducted to educate participants on the importance of having proper vehicle registration and stickers. This session aimed to enhance awareness and compliance among the college and UTM residents.
The response from the students was highly encouraging, with active participation and eagerness to comply with the vehicle registration requirements. The success of the event is evident from the positive engagement and the number of students who availed themselves of the opportunity to register their vehicles.
In light of the positive response and the need for such initiatives, the College administration, represented by the KDOJ (Dato’ Onn Jaafar College’s administration body), expressed its intention to organize similar programs in the future. This commitment reflects the college’s dedication to providing essential services and facilitating processes that benefit the welfare of its residents.
The Vehicle Sticker Registration Road Show was a successful event that achieved its objectives. The collaboration between Dato’ Onn Jaafar College and the Security Division ensured a well-organized and efficient program. The turnout of 45 students and the positive response underscore the importance of such initiatives in addressing the needs of the college community.
We extend our gratitude to all participants, the Security Division, and the college administration for their support in making this event a success.
